Your personal data will be processed for the following purposes:
- to book an appointment and to provide a service pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR (performance of the contract) and Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR (legitimate interest – communication with contact persons in relation to the performance of the contract)
- handling of the complaints process pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR (performance of the contract) and Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR (legal obligation)

The provision of personal data is voluntary but necessary to book an appointment and provide the service. The consequence of failing to provide data is the inability to book an appointment or provide a service. The provision of data for the other purposes indicated above is voluntary but necessary for their fulfilment.
