Your personal data will be processed for the following purposes:
  • to book an appointment and to provide a service pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR (performance of the contract) and Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR (legitimate interest – communication with contact persons in relation to the performance of the contract)
  • handling of the complaints process pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR (performance of the contract) and Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR (legal obligation)
The recipients of the data will be companies providing IT services, legal advisers and other entities cooperating with the Service Provider, as well as entities authorised to receive such data on the basis of legal regulations.

The storage period of the personal data collected by the Service Provider will depend on the purpose for which the data are collected, in accordance with the following criteria:
  • a) the duration of service performance – in the case of data processing for the purpose of entering into and performing a contract for the provision of services,
  • b) the period of time necessary to handle the complaint submitted – in the case of data processing for the purpose of handling the complaint process,
  • c) until an objection is lodged – in the case of data processing pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR,
  • d) after the periods specified in a) – c), for the period prescribed by law or until the expiry of the limitation period for any potential claims.
You have the following rights in relation to the processing of your personal data:
  • a) the right of access to the content of the data, the right to data rectification, the right to data erasure, and the right to restrict data processing,
  • b) the right to data portability, where data are processed for the entry into and performance of a service provision contract and the handling of a complaints process electronically,
  • c) the right to object to data processing, where personal data is processed pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR,
  • d) the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (the President of the Personal Data Protection Office) if the data subject deems that the processing of personal data relating to the data subject violates the provisions of the GDPR.
The provision of personal data is voluntary but necessary to book an appointment and provide the service. The consequence of failing to provide data is the inability to book an appointment or provide a service. The provision of data for the other purposes indicated above is voluntary but necessary for their fulfilment.

Cookies

1. When using the website, the user's computer stores short text information in the form of so-called cookies. Cookie files (the so-called 'cookies') are IT data, and in particular text files which are stored on the website user's device. Cookies typically contain the name of the website from which they originate, their storage time on the device and a unique number.
